Build a clear pickup brief

Collect the details that affect a Tampa residential junk-removal estimate: items, volume, access, handling, and timing.

A useful estimate describes the load and the route. Work through this page before you contact the team.

1. List the load

Group items by room or area. Add counts for large pieces, note appliances, and identify heavy material such as tile, books, tools, or stone. Photograph the whole group from more than one angle.

2. Show the route

Record the floor, stairs, elevator, hallway turns, gates, surface, parking, and distance to the loading position. Mention building reservations or time limits.

3. Separate special material

Keep paint, fuel, chemicals, batteries, propane, medical waste, and unknown liquids out of the ordinary load. Note disconnected appliances and any glass, sharp edges, pests, water damage, or unstable items.

4. Share timing as a need, not a promise

Give the date range, move-out or closing deadline, and times the property can be accessed. Availability must be confirmed before the job is scheduled.
